Adding a NextUI device

This guide adds a NextUI handheld to an existing Kyaraben setup.

Tested on NextUI, but any MinUI-based system should work: TrimUI Brick, TrimUI Smart Pro, Anbernic RG35XX H/Plus/SP/2024, Miyoo Mini/Mini+, RGB30.

Prerequisites

• Kyaraben running on your desktop with synchronization enabled
• A device running MinUI or NextUI firmware
• Kyaraben.pak from the download page

Installation

1. Power off your device and remove the SD card
2. Insert the SD card into your computer
3. Extract Kyaraben.pak to the Tools/ directory (e.g. Tools/tg5040/ for TrimUI Brick)
4. Eject the SD card and insert it back into your device

Pairing

1. On your desktop, run kyaraben sync pair or use the UI to generate a pairing code
2. Power on the device and open the Kyaraben app from the Tools menu
3. Select “Pair new device” > “Enter pairing code”
4. Enter the 6-character code

The status should change to “Synced” once connected.
